The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a 150m2 open terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open in the summer season) and a garden, is also available for your use. Enjoy relaxing views over the sea, the mountains, and the nearby lake while preparing a healthy meal for your family! A parking space is available in a garage. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee. Air conditioning is not available. The property has a step-free interior. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer at least 5 days prior to arrival. The host will provide the necessary details.
